This is where I'll talk about what is involved in the innovation in the Information Technology (IT) space, basically, how do I create new value using IT. In particular the IT service and/or product development process will receive a lot of attention, since today most Data Centre are managed as Service providers, for both internal and external users. Last but not least, lets see what the tide brings us and to which new grounds IT innovation will take us.
